Jordan Jacques | Owner

After 9 years of working in Asset Growth, Jordan opened an office in his community. He believes that the better he gets to know his Customers, the more he can contribute to their well being. He enjoys having honest conversations with customers about what is most important to them. He helps individuals and families navigate through large purchases, debt reduction, and making adequate insurance considerations.
In his personal time, he champions sustainable business creation through various affiliations that focus on economic development. Volunteering is a regular rhythm that helps to keep the main thing the main thing. Some of his proudest moments have been in helping aspiring entrepreneurs grow their business to scale.
Sponsored by a local galleria, you can find new art pieces on display in the lobby offering a colorful collage of community, family, and thought provoking installments. Customers are encouraged to take part in the Community Art Board constructed of LEGO pieces. Each policy sold in this office represents how collectively we as stakeholders occupy a beautiful canvass. “We want this to be the first thing you see when you come into our office, and the last thing that we see when we leave for the day.”

Berenice Montero | Office Manager

Having a good friend during tough situations in my opinion, aids in bridging the gap to many uncertainties. That’s why a passion of mine has always been to build strong lasting relationships. As a native to South Phoenix, we’ve embraced a certain lifestyle of working together, supporting one another, and having fun celebrating each other’s raw talents and triumphs. In our office we are creating new bonds with people, while providing them with the right help at the right time.

Working in the health care industry for the last 8 years, helping people transition from work life to retirement, I’ve noticed families need support and guidance most. I enjoy assisting individuals and business owners, helping you protect what you’ve worked so hard for, and preparing for your future simultaneously. Before working in this industry, conversations of the unexpected where unspoken. Creating peace of mind, in addition to giving your loved ones the financial security they deserve is what we work together to do. Let’s discuss what’s important to you.
